Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Business Analyst 100% remote b2b 120 - 145 net/h Technology: SQL, ERP, HR systems Responsibilities: • Supporting the Data Team and Project/Product Manager in managing business requirements for various solutions developed within the VRC organization • Organizing the business context of initiatives • Ensuring knowledge continuity between projects • Gathering, structuring, and documenting business requirements • Translating business needs into unambiguous inputs for technical teams • Reducing information chaos • Improving communication quality between business and IT teams • Supporting decision-making based on business-defined goals and expected outcomes Requirements: • Proven practical experience working with SQL (ability to write complex queries, work with joins, aggregations, and perform data validation) • Hands-on experience working with ERP and/or HR systems • Demonstrated experience in gathering, structuring, and documenting business requirements • Experience translating business needs into unambiguous specifications for technical teams • Experience working in cross-functional environments • Very good command of English, both spoken and written • Minimum 4 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
