Senior Business Analyst Financial Accounting

Salary: 800-1150 PLN/day on B2BWork model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project
You will be involved in a strategic financial accounting initiative focused on improving and standardising business processes across the organisation. The role combines business analysis, stakeholder management, and process optimisation, ensuring effective collaboration between business and technology teams. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, drive change initiatives, and support the delivery of solutions that enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and regulatory compliance within the financial accounting domain.
 

Responsibilities you'll have
•

Analysing current business processes and ways of working to ensure alignment on business needs and objectives

•

Driving and coordinating business improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders, including business users and technology teams
• Facilitating workshops to gather, challenge and refine business requirements 
• Performing data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiency

•

Documenting business requirements, process flows, and recommendations in a structured manner

 
Expected competences and knowledge
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analysis
• Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management within large and complex organizations
•

Leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology teams

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels
• Financial Accounting, Traded Financial Instruments, and the Liquidity area would be an advantage
