Senior Business Analyst (mobile apps)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities: • Lead and facilitate the Discovery phase, including defining product vision, identifying business needs, and validating solutions with stakeholders • Drive Product Discovery activities, such as workshops, user journey mapping, and MVP definition • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a strong business and user-centric approach in all product decisions • Create and maintain Business Model Canvas and other artifacts supporting product strategy and value proposition • Act in a Product Owner,like capacity, managing and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business goals • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness • Manage and maintain requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring proper requirements traceability and change management • Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into actionable tasks and support delivery • Facilitate workshops and meetings in Polish, ensuring effective communication with local stakeholders • Operate effectively in a non-corporate environment Requirements: • Proven experience working on mobile applications • Polish language at very good level • Strong ability to independently lead the Discovery phase • Experience in Product Discovery, including validating ideas, defining MVP scope, and working closely with stakeholders and users • Hands-on experience with Business Model Canvas and other tools supporting business and product strategy definitione • Experience acting in a Product Owner • Proven experience in requirements gathering • Strong skills in requirements management • Ability to work in a non-corporate environment • Strong business and client-oriented mindset Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Training & learning opportunities • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
