Unleash transformation in financial operations - shape the future of global client onboarding! Warsaw or Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week). As a Business Analyst - Transfer Agency you will be working for our client, a global financial institution delivering complex operational and transformation initiatives within securities services. You will focus on process analysis and improvements within Transfer Agency, with a particular emphasis on Trailer Fees. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will support business readiness, testing, and documentation activities in a highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with operations, IT, and international stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes and high-quality delivery. Your main responsibilities: • Analyze Transfer Agency processes with a focus on Trailer Fees • Define and document business requirements and functional specifications • Prepare and execute test scenarios and support testing activities • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements • Collaborate with operations and IT teams to ensure solution alignment • Support business readiness and transition activities • Prepare user documentation and operational guidelines • Provide support to end users during system and process changes • Participate in stakeholder meetings and clarify business needs • Ensure consistency and quality of delivered solutions You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 3 years of experience in Transfer Agency • Strong knowledge of Trailer Fees processes • Experience working as a Business Analyst or in operational roles • Understanding of Multifonds or similar Transfer Agency systems • Experience in financial services or banking environments • Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams • Experience supporting testing or UAT activities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills in international environments Language Required for the role: • Fluent in Polish and English.
