Senior Business Intelligence Developer (Oracle BI)

Introduction & Summary The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) platform. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience with Oracle BI tools, advanced PL/SQL, and a deep understanding of data integration workflows. Main Responsibilities • Support, develop and maintain data models, mappings, reports, agents and ETLs on the platform. • Ensure successful operation of existing production ODI data refresh scenarios. • Monitor execution of OBIEE agents for scheduled outputs. • Collaborate with business contacts to resolve operational reporting issues. • Manage updates of key reference data in the Oracle Data Warehouse. • Create and maintain user accounts access to the OBIEE platform. • Participate in end-to-end Business UAT for critical application updates. • Maintain OBIEE application platform environments. • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the IT Data Office team. Key Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). • Proficient in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle BI tools. • Advanced skills in PL/SQL. • Experience in managing data integration workflows. • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher. • Hands-on experience in supporting OBIEE platform. • Ability to design and implement dimensional data models. Nice to Have • Experience with ETL/ELT processes. • Familiarity with troubleshooting and performance management in BI environments. • Understanding of application administration for BI tools.
