Senior Business/ System Analyst

We are looking for a Business/System Analyst to join team and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience in business and/or system analysis, including:• gathering requirements from stakeholders • analyzing and decomposing complex problems • documenting requirements using structured approaches (e.g., user stories, use cases, process models) • Strong knowledge of requirements engineering practices, including requirement lifecycle management, traceability, and validation • Solid understanding of business and system analysis methodologies and best practices • Practical experience with modeling techniques and notations such as UML and BPMN (e.g., process diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case diagrams) • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UX, business stakeholders) • Ability to translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment • Very good command of English (both spoken and written) Nice to Have • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Enterprise Architect
