Senior Business Systems Analyst – Banking Digital Solutions

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the banking sector that develops complex digital platforms supporting key financial processes, including credit systems. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT, leading requirements analysis and shaping system solutions within distributed architectures. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and agile delivery teams to design scalable, high-quality solutions and ensure their successful implementation across critical banking systems. Your main responsibilities: • Analyze business needs and gather functional and system requirements from stakeholders • Design functional and system solution concepts including processes, user interface mockups, and business rules • Model IT systems and document solutions using UML and appropriate CASE tools • Participate in technical design of solutions in collaboration with development teams • Support users during testing phases and coordinate implementation activities • Facilitate workshops and support stakeholders in defining business requirements • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product owners in agile environments • Design and document integrations using REST, SOAP, and microservices architecture • Prepare and maintain clear and structured analytical documentation You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 8 years of experience in system analysis with a strong focus on requirements engineering • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams • Strong experience in system integration technologies such as SOA, REST, and Web Services • Experience working with tools such as Postman or SoapUI • Ability to design solutions based on microservices architecture and document APIs using Swagger or YAML • Strong knowledge of UML and experience using CASE tools such as Enterprise Architect • Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis • Understanding of distributed systems architecture • Very good command of English (B2 or higher) • Higher education in IT or a related field Nice to have: • Experience in credit process design • Experience in the banking sector, preferably within credit processes Language Required for the role: • Polish and English, communicative level Eligibility for the role: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
