Senior Data Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Data Analyst Responsibilities: • Perform advanced data analysis using SQL on large and complex datasets • Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements • Support testing activities, including Unit Testing (UT), System Testing (ST), and end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Contribute to the creation and validation of functional test cases • Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and problem-solving • Collaborate within Agile teams and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and 4+ years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst • Strong hands-on experience with SQL for advanced data analysis • Experience working with large-scale datasets • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand business terminology and effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders • Experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs • Hands-on experience supporting UT, ST, and UAT testing phases • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment • Very good command of English (oral and written) Nice to have: • Experience with Python • Knowledge of SAS • Functional experience in Credit Risk domain Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
