O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care - Co-financing for the sports card - Constant support of dedicated consultant - Employee referral program Wymagania: - Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and 4+ years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst - Strong hands-on experience with SQL for advanced data analysis - Experience working with large-scale datasets - Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to understand business terminology and effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders - Experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs - Hands-on experience supporting UT, ST, and UAT testing phases - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment - Very good command of English (oral and written) Nice to have: - Experience with Python - Knowledge of SAS - Functional experience in Credit Risk domain Codzienne zadania: - Perform advanced data analysis using SQL on large and complex datasets - Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements - Support testing activities, including Unit Testing (UT), System Testing (ST), and end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Contribute to the creation and validation of functional test cases - Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and problem-solving - Collaborate within Agile teams and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
