Senior Data Engineer

About the job We are currently looking for an experienced Data Engineer with 4- 6 years experience for a 6 month contract to join a project for our top client 📍 Location Warsaw, Poland (hybrid model – 2 days per week from the office) 👩 💻 Who we are looking for A professional with 4-6 years of experience in Data Engineering and strong expertise in: • Databricks Data Platforms SQL Python CICD Azure Data Services ETL • Proficiency in SQL PySpark data modeling and ELTETL design patterns including Azure Data Factory • Experience with CICD and DevOps practices for data workflows Git Azure DevOps and analytics integration eg Power BI • Understanding of cloud data architecture principles including data Lakehouse concepts Medallion architecture • Familiarity with advanced Databricks features Unity Catalog 🚀 Responsibilities • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows using Databricks PySpark Python and SQL • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements • Implement best practices in version control and CI/CD to ensure reliable and efficient deployments • Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance issues • Document data engineering processes and maintain clear cross-team communication 📝 Recruitment process • Technical interview • Client interview
