Senior Data Engineer

O projekcie: Profile & Experience - Senior Data with strong end-to-end experience in analytics platforms, data products, and modern data architectures. - Proven ability to bridge business and technology: translate business questions and BUC hypotheses into concrete technical designs. - Demonstrated ambition and capability to grow into a Data/Analytics Architect role, not only implementing but shaping solutions. Core Responsibilities in “Think it” - Co-drive the solution design together with the Business Analyst, from business needs to technical architecture. - Define target architecture and design options aligned with UDP principles (cloud-native, scalable, secure). - Design logical and physical data models, data flows, and integration patterns. - Assess feasibility, complexity, risks, and dependencies early, supporting fact-based decisions. - Create implementation-ready designs that can smoothly transition into the Build it phase. Wymagania: Architecture & Design - Conceptual, logical, and physical data architecture - Analytics/data-product design mindset - Experience with cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure, Databricks-based platforms) Data Engineering - min. 4 years of professional experience in data engineering - Strong SQL, Databricks, and data transformation skills - Experience modernizing legacy data solutions (e.g., SSIS → cloud platforms) - Understanding of batch, incremental/CDC, and event-driven patterns
