As Data Engineer, you will join a team that is transforming existing and developing new digital services and tools across all industries. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about building analytical solutions with great technical expertise.   Expected competences and knowledge • Relevant work experience (4+ years) • Python programming skills, especially in areas related to processing data (pandas, PySpark) • Experience with Azure, Azure Databricks and ADF is essential • Practical expertise in SQL and database design • Experience in working with Apache Spark / Pyspark • Solid English communication skills, both written and oral  • A curious mindset and passion to learn new technologies • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to see commonalities amongst diverse problems Additional advantage will be experience with one or more of the following: • Data modelling, especially for Data Warehousing and Big Data • Data querying and processing languages and frameworks such as R, Scala, DAX, XPath, Kusto Query Language • Working with Visual Studio Code IDE • Implementing automated deployment scripts in YAML for Microsoft DevOps environment • Developing and consuming RESTful API services • Programming in C# language • Experience in using Microsoft Power BI • Agile development methodology such as Scrum   Technologies you'll work with • Python • Pandas, PySpark • SQL • Apache Spark / Pyspark   Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
