Senior Data Engineer  Remote work / international environment Rate: up to 160 PLN/h B2B Start date: 18.05.2026 Long-term cooperation Working hours: minimum 8:00–16:00, preferably 9:00–17:00 About the Project We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer for our international client from the media & broadcasting industry. The project focuses on building and maintaining modern analytical platforms and large-scale data processing solutions in cloud environments. This role is related to replacing a key client-side employee who is currently on long-term sick leave. Responsibilities • Designing, developing, and maintaining Data Engineering solutions in cloud environments • Building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines • Working with large-scale data processing with a strong focus on Data Quality • Implementing and maintaining solutions based on PySpark and SQL • Creating and maintaining unit and integration tests • Automating CI/CD processes • Collaborating with international technical and business teams Requirements • Several years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer • Strong knowledge of:• PySpark • SQL • Hands-on experience with: • AWS CDK • AWS Lambda • Databricks • Google Cloud Platform • Google App Engine • BigQuery • Dataproc • Airflow • Terraform • Experience in: • Data Quality • Unit Testing • Integration Testing • Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools: • GitHub Actions • Jenkins • Ability to work effectively in distributed and international teams • English level: minimum B2+ (daily project communication)
