Senior Data Engineer - GCP (k/m/*)

Nasze wymagania: Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including: BigQuery Dataflow Pub/Sub DataPlex DBT Solid experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (large datasets, performance tuning, complex stored procedures) Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse solutions Hands-on experience with streaming/data integration systems Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform) Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Occasional on-site presence in the Kraków office (approximately one week per quarter) Mile widziane: GCP certification (e.g. Professional Data Engineer) Experience with AWS Exposure to financial markets, trading systems, or risk/data reporting environments Experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools Knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks Leadership or mentoring experience (strong pluse) candidates specifically (more aggressive tone + better targeting keywords) O projekcie: We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer for CMC, an international consulting firm helping organizations across the private and public sectors improve their impact through data, technology, and process transformation. In this role, you will design and build scalable cloud-based data solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), working closely with trading, risk, and analytics teams in a high-performance, data-intensive environment. You will play a key role in delivering both real-time and batch data pipelines, supporting business-critical and latency-sensitive financial systems Zakres obowiązków: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform Develop integrations between cloud-based services and on-premise Oracle systems Work with trading, risk, and analytics teams to deliver real-time and batch data solutions Optimize performance of data platforms supporting low-latency trading use cases Automate data workflows using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Ensure data governance, lineage, and compliance with regulations (e.g. MiFID II, FCA) Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams delivering critical data projects
