Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities: • Developing and maintaining solutions in Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric • Co-creating novel ideas with our stakeholders • Co-building a future Insights Data Analytics service • Working with hypothesis to prove or reject business statements • Hypothesis testing and designing statistical models • Building advanced reports/dashboards • Analysing, processing and modelling data, interpret the results to create actionable insights • Ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices • Working within SAFe Scrum Team with the aligned autonomy   Requirements: • Expert in statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, MS Power BI / MS Power Platform, GIT • Strong professional experience in T-SQL, DAX • Professional experience using Python for ML and data wrangling • Experience in one or more Business Intelligence tool as MS Power BI (preferred) • Deep knowledge of statistical techniques for descriptive and predictive analytics • Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources • Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers • Excellent presentation skills • ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management • Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe) • Academic degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar • Proven work experience with minimum 2-3 years in similar role • Fluency in English (C2 level at least)   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
