O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care  - Co-financing for the sports card  - Constant support of dedicated consultant  - Employee referral program Wymagania: Requirements: - Expert in statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, MS Power BI / MS Power Platform, GIT  - Strong professional experience in T-SQL, DAX  - Professional experience using Python for ML and data wrangling  - Experience in one or more Business Intelligence tool as MS Power BI (preferred)  - Deep knowledge of statistical techniques for descriptive and predictive analytics  - Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources  - Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers  - Excellent presentation skills  - ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management  - Lean-Agile trained or certified (Scrum or SAFe)  - Academic degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar  - Proven work experience with minimum 2-3 years in similar role  - Fluency in English (C2 level at least) Codzienne zadania: - Developing and maintaining solutions in Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric  - Co-creating novel ideas with our stakeholders  - Co-building a future Insights Data Analytics service  - Working with hypothesis to prove or reject business statements  - Hypothesis testing and designing statistical models  - Building advanced reports/dashboards  - Analysing, processing and modelling data, interpret the results to create actionable insights  - Ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices  - Working within SAFe Scrum Team with the aligned autonomy
