Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with Databricks
Hands-on experience with PySpark (experience required, though usage is gradually decreasing)
Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
Experience with Generative AI tools, especially Claude and Claude commands/workflows.
Strong analytical mindset with experience designing experiments and improving model performance.
Experience working with large-scale datasets and production-oriented data science environments.
Mile widziane:
Experience with tree-based models.
Exposure to time series modeling/forecasting.
Experience working on recommendation systems, personalization, or customer-focused optimization problems.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead improvements in our personalization model. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence customer retention and improve menu ranking defaults through experimentation, backtesting, and model optimization.
Zakres obowiązków:
Improve and optimize personalization models to drive better business outcomes.
Conduct backtests, experiments, and performance analyses to continuously enhance model effectiveness.
Own and improve model performance against key business KPIs, particularly around customer retention and menu ranking defaults.
Design, execute, and analyze experiments (including A/B testing) to evaluate model improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable data-driven solutions.
Leverage GenAI tools, including experience with
Claude, to support modeling, experimentation, and analytical workflows.
