Wymagania:
Must-have:
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in live business environments- Proven track record of shipping ML models into production- Strong ownership mindset and product curiosity- Strong Python and TensorFlow skills- Openness to utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and quickly adapt to new technological trends- Fluent English (B2) for technical and team communication
Nice-to-have:
- Search, ranking, or recommendation experience in e-commerce- Experience with methods and models related to product search and ranking
- Experience in e-commerce- Solid math or statistics background
Codzienne zadania:
- Design and deploy product ranking algorithms and data models
- Turn business goals into production-ready Data Science solutions
- Run live experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly
- Work with analytics to test and validate new algorithmic approaches
- Code, test, and ship models directly into live systems
- Participate in daily agile routines
