Senior Developer/Architect – BI & Data Analytics (Tableau) Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-time Industry: Workforce Management & Operations Analytics Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of a Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics platform using Tableau. Your role will involve transforming complex workforce and operational datasets into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Design BI architecture and analytics strategy. - Develop ETL/ELT processes and data integrations. - Build dashboards and reports in Tableau. - Collaborate with stakeholders to enable self-service analytics. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or data architecture. - 5+ years of experience with Tableau (Desktop, Server/Cloud). - Advanced knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing concepts. - Experience with AWS/GCP and data security management. - Leadership and mentoring skills. Nice to Have: - Experience with workforce management platforms. - Knowledge of predictive analytics and ML. - Tableau certifications.
