Senior IT Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior IT Analyst - Large Corporates Technology Responsibilities: • Manage and drive requirements within a team responsible for transitioning functionalities between netbank platforms • Elicit and refine business and system requirements through close cooperation with stakeholders • Identify existing solution patterns and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements for target solutions • Analyse data flows and integration needs to support system transformation and ensure consistency • Support the development team during the design phase to help shape optimal solutions • Collaborate with the Product Owner to decompose roadmap items into features and backlog elements • Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability across the development lifecycle • Own and maintain high-quality requirements documentation • Support analysts, developers, testers, and other team members within the hub   Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT analysis • Hands-on experience with system integration in the financial domain • Strong understanding of architectural concepts and large-scale systems • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs • Practical experience working with large financial systems • Experience working in Agile environments • Strong experience with requirements documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence • Practical knowledge of SQL • Experience in defining and documenting non-functional requirements • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, architects, developers, testers, and SMEs • Very good communication skills and professional level of English • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach Nice to have: • Domain knowledge in financial services, especially accounts and payments • Experience with tools such as Swagger and Postman • Knowledge of BPMN and UML • Understanding of web application architecture, particularly in digital banking (netbank) environments   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
