Senior IT Analyst

Responsibilities: • Clarify, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements, and drive your part of change initiatives with multiple stakeholders in line with the target state to enable sustainable solutions • Strengthen the robustness and quality of applications supporting the business area to ensure reliable, scalable and up-to-date production environment • Deliver according to scope, Client standards, quality and timelines to meet business needs • Keep track of latest developments and best practices within your field to maintain professional growth • Facilitate agile collaboration across business, IT and external partners to enable successful deliveries that enhance business performance • Provide guidance, including facilitation, coaching and review, to maximize customer value within your area • Contribute to implementing solutions that innovate, simplify and modernise the application portfolio   Requirements: • Strong requirements analysis skills • Professional business and data modelling skills • Knowledge of Enterprise architecture • Superior in conceptual thinking • Good experience in business knowledge and banking • Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence • Understanding of complex system architecture and it's communication methods • Ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders • Self-driven and self-organizing skills • Creative, innovative and proactive attitude • Strong planning and organizational skills • Ability to adapt to and respond to change Nice to have: • Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem • Experience with "Snowflake"   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
