Senior IT Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior IT Analyst Responsibilities: • Acting as a bridge between business needs and development teams to ensure the delivery of high‑quality IT solutions • Participating in the design, build, and rebuild of the Client's Data Platform • Working with and supporting data products across the organization • Contributing to the design of advanced data and analytics solutions • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and elicit business requirements and features • Managing delivery dependencies across teams and organizational units • Working in an Agile environment as an integral member of a cross‑functional agile delivery team   Requirements: • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, solution design, and IT delivery within complex enterprise environments • Strong knowledge of SQL (reading and writing code) • Proven experience working with complex business and technical requirements • Solid experience in data analysis, including data quality, data hygiene, and data consistency • Hands-on experience with Hive • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset, with a solution‑oriented approach • High level of ownership and independence in managing tasks, features, and user stories • Ability to act as a bridge between business users and development teams, ensuring delivery of high‑quality IT solutions • Experience working closely with multiple stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and translate them into business and technical features • Ability to manage dependencies across teams and organizational units • Experience working in an Agile / cross‑functional delivery environment • Strong communication skills, including experience working directly with business users • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies on a high level and ask the right questions • Familiarity with basic concepts of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data technologies • Banking knowledge and experience Nice to have: • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms • Python programming skills • Experience with Apache Spark   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
