Senior IT Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior IT Analyst Responsibilities: • Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions • Being part of building or rebuilding DATA Platform  • Working with data products • Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics • Working closely together with stakeholders to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features • Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units  • Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team] Requirements: • Knowledge of SQL (mandatory) • Experience in working with complex requirements • Experience in data analysis, data hygiene and data quality management • Knowledge of Hive • Strong communication skills • Experience in taking ownership of tasks, features and user stories with a high level of independence • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Understanding of basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines and big data • Strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset • Experience in working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies at a high level and ask the right questions • Fluency in communication and experience in working with business users • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms • Knowledge of Python and related coding skills • Knowledge of Spark • Knowledge of the banking sector and relevant experience • Experience in reading and writing SQL code • Experience in data analysis and solution design • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
