As a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Banking, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to redefining banking solutions. You will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with innovative technical solutions, ensuring smooth project delivery, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector. Your main responsibilities:
• Collaborate with bank departments to analyze and define business requirements, supporting end-users throughout the process.
• Lead analytical streams independently, ensuring clear communication and implementation of functional and system solutions.
• Develop and document solution concepts, including process design, wireframes, and business rule modeling.
• Participate in technical solution design, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical feasibility.
• Support testing phases and coordinate implementation processes, managing stakeholder expectations.
• Work closely with development teams (developers, testers, product owners) within agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Practical expertise in gathering and interpreting user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of integration protocols (SOA, Web Services, REST) and related tools (SOAP UI, Postman).
• Experience designing microservice-based solutions and documenting REST services with Swagger or YAML.
• Proficiency in IT system modeling and UML.
• Hands-on experience with CASE tools (preferably Enterprise Architect).
• Good command of SQL.
• Knowledge of distributed IT systems architecture.
It is a strong plus if you have:
• Experience in banking, especially in credit processes.
• Familiarity with BPMN and process orchestration using Camunda.
Language Required for the role:
• Polish: Fluent (spoken and written)
• English: Communicative level (minimum B2)
