Currently we are looking for a Senior Business/System Analyst:
•

Freelance assignment: full-time, B2B contract.
• Salary range: from 95 PLN/h
• Working Hours: CET
• Start date: around mid July 2026
• Project duration: long term cooperation, first contract for 6 months
• Location: Remote (based in European Union)
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN for process and system modeling.
• Experience with API contracts and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
• Strong data modeling skills, including conceptual and logical data models.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English level: C1.

Nice to have:
• Experience in medtech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed specifications.
• Design system integrations and support integration-related initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, providing technical analysis and clarifications throughout the delivery.process.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
