Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model.As a Senior Middle Office Analyst – Capital Markets, you will be working for our client, a leader in the capital markets industry. You will play a vital role in supporting trading operations by ensuring seamless settlement processes, resolving transactional discrepancies, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Your main responsibilities: • Perform middle office processes supporting investment funds' activity in the capital markets, including settlement and transaction support. • Monitor and report on trade execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including custodians and oversight teams, to resolve transactional issues. • Support client inquiries by providing detailed transaction reports and auxiliary activities. • Lead projects to introduce process improvements and optimize operational workflows. • Ensure all procedures are compliant with local and global regulations, maintaining rigorous audit standards. • Train and mentor new team members, promoting best practices within the department. • Proactively identify risks and implement effective controls to mitigate potential issues. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 4 years of experience in the financial sector, specifically in capital markets. • Strong understanding of cash and securities settlement processes. • Proven ability to analyze complex data and resolve issues independently. • Good knowledge of MS Office, with additional SWIFT familiarity being a plus. • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives. • University degree in finance, banking, or a related discipline. • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) • Certification or experience in risk management or compliance. • Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks.
