Senior PL/SQL Developer

Key Responsibilities: • Core Development: Designs, codes, and tests software solutions while strictly adhering to established development and security standards. • Code Optimization: Improves system maintainability and performance through refactoring and proactive tuning of existing code. • Quality Assurance: Drives the implementation of the project test strategy to ensure the high quality of all delivered solutions. • Technical Strategy: Contributes to the selection of libraries and frameworks to optimize costs and increase development efficiency. • Project Scoping: Analyzes business requirements and feasibility studies to define project scope and assess viability. Technical Requirements: • Database Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in PL/SQL and SQL development, including advanced performance tuning. • Modern IT Standards: Extensive knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and cloud-oriented platforms. • Governance & Architecture: Strong awareness of IT quality standards, security protocols, and technical architecture rules. • Soft Skills: Fluency in English with the ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse, senior audiences.
