Check us out! 👉https://holisticon.pl/holisticon-insight/ We offer B2B Contract: • B2B: 140 – 170 PLN net/hour + VAT • Engagement: full-time, ~5 months We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join one of our ongoing client initiatives. The project is already well advanced – several Power BI reports are live on production – and we need an experienced consultant to support further development and maintenance of the reporting layer, including work on a centralized semantic model that serves as the data source for multiple reports. This is a hybrid role between development and business: you'll build and maintain reports, but you'll also participate in workshops, gather requirements directly from stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable writing complex DAX as they are facilitating a requirements session with business users. You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies: • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer / BI Consultant. • Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, report and dashboard development, performance optimization). • Advanced DAX skills – able to design and optimize complex measures and calculation logic. • Strong SQL skills for data exploration, validation, and transformation. • Experience working with centralized semantic models as a shared source for multiple reports. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, work management) in a BI delivery context. • Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and translating business needs into technical solutions. • Excellent communication skills – comfortable working directly with business stakeholders. • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). • Location in Poland or another EU country. Nice to have: • Background in IT consulting or multi-client environments. • Hands-on experience with Databricks as a data source for BI workloads. • Experience with dbt or other modern transformation tools feeding the semantic layer. • Exposure to data governance and BI standards in enterprise environments.
