Senior Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Platform Specialist

Role Purpose:  We are looking for a Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Platform Specialist to join our central team responsible for the shared analytics platform used across the organization. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and standardized reporting and analytics capabilities, while enabling business teams to build on reliable, reusable data and BI foundations. By defining best practices and supporting governed self-service, you will help ensure consistency, platform reliability, and long-term sustainability of our analytics landscape. Key Responsibilities:  • Support, develop, and continuously improve the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting and analytics platform • Ensure stable day-to-day platform operations while driving ongoing enhancements and optimizations • Design and maintain scalable, standardized platform structures aligned with governance and security requirements • Enable business users by supporting self-service analytics and promoting best practices • Contribute to the evolution of the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric landscape in a sustainable and structured way • Combine platform administration with hands-on BI development and solution implementation • Act as a technical advisor, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams Your Skills: • Strong experience with Power BI administration and report development • Hands-on experience with gateways, connections, workspaces, permissions, and security settings • Experience with semantic models, dataflows, refresh configurations, and source system connectivity • Good knowledge of DAX, Power Query / M, and data modeling concepts • Solid understanding of BI governance, access management, and compliance standards • Ability to combine technical platform ownership with business-facing BI support • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working Ideally, you also have: • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and related platform services • Experience with Terraform, automation, or platform engineering • Exposure to data engineering topics in Microsoft Fabric • Familiarity with Power Platform use cases • Experience with cross-tenant reporting or more complex enterprise reporting environments What you can expect from us: We want to provide you with everything you need to succeed.
