About the position
For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced and highly independent Product Analyst to join one of our large-scale e-commerce projects. You will work closely with Product Managers, technical teams and business stakeholders, using data to support product development, evaluate new solutions and turn complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
Depending on the project, you may focus on developing and improving digital products, designing analytical solutions, working with data from external partners, or supporting experimentation and product decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Conduct end-to-end product analyses and translate findings into actionable business and product recommendations
• Work with large datasets to identify user behaviour patterns, trends and opportunities for product improvement
• Perform clickstream analyses to understand customer journeys and product performance
• Define and monitor product metrics supporting data-driven decision-making
• Build and maintain recurring ETL processes and analytical datasets
• Work closely with Product Managers, engineering teams and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and solutions
• Support data acquisition, transformation and aggregation across multiple data sources
• Evaluate the impact of product changes and new functionalities
• Design and analyse A/B tests, including hypotheses, metrics and post-test evaluation
• Create dashboards and data visualisations that make complex insights accessible to stakeholders
• Take ownership of analytical topics and independently drive them from problem definition to recommendation
Must-have
• Very good SQL skills and hands-on experience working with complex datasets
• Commercial experience in building recurring ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with clickstream and user behaviour analysis
• Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in product analytics and supporting data-driven product development
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into clear recommendations
• High level of independence and ability to take ownership of analytical initiatives
• Experience working closely with Product Managers, technical teams and business stakeholders
• Polish (min. C1) and English (min. B2) language skills
Nice-to-have
• Hands-on experience designing and analysing A/B tests
• Experience with e-commerce or other large-scale digital products
• Knowledge of Python and data processing libraries
• Experience with GA4
• Experience with GCP and BigQuery
• Experience using AI solutions in data analytics
• Knowledge of GitHub
• Experience working with data contracts, data acquisition and analytical aggregates
