Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) 📍 Location: Kraków, Poland (hybrid: 6 days/month onsite) 📄 B2B Contract: 130 – 150 PLN / hour We are looking for a proactive Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) to join an international technology organization supporting large‑scale delivery, finance governance and portfolio operations. You will work closely with global Finance, PMO, Delivery, Engineering and Business Management teams to ensure high‑quality financial data, accurate reporting and smooth execution of project processes. This role offers the opportunity to work across a complex delivery landscape, drive data quality, support financial forecasting and contribute to effective decision‑making across international programmes. Key Responsibilities: • Monitoring project financials including actuals, accruals and forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. • Preparing forecast vs actuals analysis and month‑end commentary for business stakeholders. • Maintaining and updating system feeds to ensure data consistency and alignment. • Supporting resource and portfolio management, including recruitment and onboarding activities. • Coordinating regular project and programme‑level reporting and consolidating updates from global teams. • Monitoring risks and issues related to project finance and ensuring proper follow‑up. • Managing and updating process documentation and information sources. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or related project governance functions. • Strong communication skills and fluency in English. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in financial and delivery reporting. • Experience preparing project management reports including finance, cost, progress and RAID. • Proactive attitude, ownership and ability to work independently. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Clarity or similar platforms. Nice to Have: • Experience working in global delivery environments. • Understanding of IT finance processes. • Experience in large corporate or banking structures.
