Senior R Developer

Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain R/Shiny applications for the Health Economics Modeling (HEM) product • Build robust, scalable, and efficient statistical models and data processing workflows • Develop and optimize database queries and data integration processes • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and domain experts • Translate health economics modeling requirements into technical solutions • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and documentation standards • Support deployment and maintenance of applications in cloud environments • Report progress and technical updates to the Engineering Lead Skills: • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with R and Shiny • Strong statistical programming experience • Proficiency in SQL • Solid understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS) • Experience with database design and data modeling • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms • Professional English proficiency Nice to Have: • Python experience • Health Economics Modeling expertise • Experience with Excel-based modeling Follow us on Linkedin! http://linkedin.com/company/snisourcing/
