Their focus is on reliable data integration and pipelines for enterprise customers. Role overview Our client is looking for an engineer to design and scale the data platform supporting their products. You will build and maintain integrations with third-party systems, develop data pipelines, and ensure system reliability. The role offers end-to-end ownership of integrations and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and platform performance. Responsibilities • Design and implement integrations with external enterprise systems • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines • Own integrations end-to-end, including monitoring and issue resolution • Improve system observability and reliability • Collaborate with product and business teams on priorities Requirements • 5+ years of experience building production-grade software • Strong backend and API development skills • Experience with data pipelines or ETL/ELT processes • Familiarity with distributed systems and third-party APIs • Knowledge of reliability, observability, and scalability • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments Nice to have • Experience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll integrations • Tools: Airflow, dbt, Fivetran • Tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MySQL, Redis Offer • B2B contract • Hybrid work (up to 3 days/week in the office) • High-impact role with ownership over architecture decisions • Collaborative team environment • Additional benefits depending on region: private healthcare, learning budget, performance bonuses
