Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce (CRM)

For our Client’s team, we are looking for an experienced professional who will take on a key technical role in the development and maintenance of the Salesforce environment. In this position, you will work with multiple Salesforce instances: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Net Zero Cloud, having a real impact on the quality, stability, and strategic direction of CRM solutions. 1 day in the office Warsaw or Poznan Scope of responsibilities • Designing and developing Salesforce solutions tailored to specific business needs, with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices • Implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining custom solutions (configurations, extensions, integrations) • Analyzing the existing architecture in terms of technical debt, risks, and cost efficiency • Supporting Product Owners and stakeholders in making technical decisions • Ensuring architectural consistency and compliance with platform development standards • Actively tracking updates and innovations within the Salesforce ecosystem and applying them in practice • Ensuring the quality and reliability of delivered solutions, including from the end-user perspective Technical requirements and experience • At least 5 years of experience in a developer role on the Salesforce platform • Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce • Experience in a senior or technical lead role (minimum 1–2 years), including independent architectural decision-making and mentoring other developers • Very good understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Governor Limits and design best practices • Practical experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud (knowledge of Net Zero Cloud is a strong plus) • Comfortable working with SOQL / SOSL, JavaScript, and architectural design patterns • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems • Knowledge of Python or AMPscript is a plus Certifications and education (nice to have) • Technical or engineering degree • Salesforce certifications, such as:• Platform Developer I / II • Application Architect • System Architect Analytical and soft skills • Ability to select optimal technical solutions with regard to business value, cost, and performance • Skills in designing and optimizing processes • Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic environment • Strong focus on continuous improvement and solution quality • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business language • Teamwork mindset, proactivity, and accountability • Good work organization and ability to meet deadlines Project work • Active involvement in gathering and analyzing business requirements • Working in Scrum / Kanban methodologies • Estimating development efforts and collaborating closely with Project Managers, business analysts, and stakeholders TQLO Sp. z o.o. – Employment Agency (KRAZ No. 33580)
