Senior System Analyst

We're looking for a Senior System Analyst to join a team responsible for designing and developing modern, customer-facing processes within a mobile banking application. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear, scalable system and functional solutions in a complex enterprise environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to design end-to-end solutions — from requirements analysis through implementation and rollout. Responsibilities: • Design modern, innovative digital processes for end users within a mobile banking platform. • Collaborate with business departments to analyze needs and support stakeholders during requirements definition. • Create functional and system concepts after gaining a deep understanding of business goals (process flows, UI mockups, business rules, etc.). • Participate in technical design, including integration concepts and service-oriented architectures. • Address security and performance aspects of enterprise-scale solutions. • Support users during testing phases and coordinate deployment activities. • Contribute to the continuous development of in-house solutions and system architecture. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst in IT projects (experience in finance or digital/mobile channels is a strong plus). • Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements. • Strong experience with system integration (SOA, Web Services, REST APIs). • Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman or SOAP UI. • Experience designing microservices-based solutions and documenting REST APIs using Swagger / OpenAPI (YAML). • Strong skills in IT system modeling. • Experience coordinating work across multiple dependent teams. • Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN. • Experience with at least one CASE tool (preferably Enterprise Architect). • Good command of SQL. • Good written and spoken English (minimum B2). Nice to have: • Experience with user story mapping or event storming. • Understanding of distributed system architectures and modern design patterns. • Familiarity with UX/UI principles. • Knowledge of defining and reading APIs according to OpenAPI standards. • Project management certification or practical experience applying PM knowledge. • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. • High level of independence and ownership in day-to-day work.
