Senior System Analyst

Working as a Senior Systems Analyst, you will: • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional stakeholders, including international experts in the healthcare domain, to understand business needs and expectations • Gather, analyse, and document functional and system requirements • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and system specifications • Manage and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value delivery • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of requirements • Support the optimisation of processes to improve team productivity while maintaining simplicity • Communicate complex ideas effectively across all levels of the organisation using clear documentation and visualisations • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues within constraints such as timelines, budget, and technology • Operate within Agile frameworks, contributing to continuous improvement of delivery practices About Chabre IT Services Chabre IT Services is a global professional IT services provider, building long-lasting relationships with Enterprises. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing Systems Analyst role within large-scale, enterprise environments • Strong experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions • Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (written and spoken) • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • High attention to detail, especially in complex and fast-paced environments • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field Nice to have: • Experience with UML or BPMN modelling techniques • Background in healthcare systems or medical device software • Familiarity with usability testing and user acceptance testing processes • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or FDA requirements We offer • Rate up to 140,00 PLN/h + VAT • Hybrid work (2-3 days per week in office in Wrocław) • Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł • Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5) • Co-financing of courses related to the position • Benefits: MultiSport, Medicover
