Senior System Analyst – Banking Software Development

As a Senior System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to transforming corporate credit processes. Your main responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions • Create and interpret BPMN and UML diagrams to visualize system workflows • Develop and test REST API integrations, ensuring seamless communication between systems • Define acceptance criteria and document technical specifications for the development team • Work with SQL databases to generate test data and troubleshoot database issues • Leverage GenAI tools to optimize system analysis and improve processes • Collaborate effectively within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Assist in system testing and validation to ensure alignment with business goals You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum 4 years of experience in system analysis or related fields • Strong knowledge of REST API, BPMN, UML, Postman, and SQL • Practical experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka • Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools like Enterprise Architect • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Experience working in Agile environments and financial sectors is a plus • Competence in using GenAI tools for system analysis It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Knowledge of ECM technologies • Additional certifications in system analysis or related areas Language Required for the role: • Polish (Communicative level) Eligibility to work in the European Union: • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
