Opis stanowiska
Nasze wymagania:
At least 6 years of experience in BI/Tableau development
Expert knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud/Server, and Tableau Prep
Strong SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, and complex joins
Experience with performance optimization, calculated fields, parameters, and row-level security
Good understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and Star/Snowflake schemas
Previous work with enterprise Dev/Prod publishing pipelines
Very good English communication skills and a consultative approach to stakeholders
Working 2 days per week from the office in Cracow

Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and leading UAT sessions

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join a Data & Analytics team on a contract basis. The person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and releasing high-quality Tableau dashboards for marketing and commercial business intelligence products.
Zakres obowiązków:
Translate business needs into clear technical dashboard requirements and visual concepts
Design data model specifications and cooperate closely with Data Engineering teams
Build intuitive, scalable Tableau dashboards aligned with modern UI/UX standards
Optimize dashboard performance for large datasets using Tableau best practices
Validate dashboard logic and data accuracy using advanced SQL
Support deployment across Development, Staging, and Production environments
Lead UAT activities and secure final business sign-off
