Senior Test Data Specialist (Data Masking)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Test Data Specialist (Data Masking) In this role, you will be responsible for securing sensitive information across systems and ensuring strict compliance with GDPR. You will focus on the end-to-end process of data discovery, classification, and the implementation of robust masking strategies tailored to specific application requirements within an enterprise IT environment. • Remote (3x from the office, 2x WFH per week) • Offices: Warsaw, Lodz, Gdansk, Gdynia • B2B up to 150 net/h Responsibilities: • Conduct data discovery and classification of sensitive information, ensuring alignment with data privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR) • Design and implement comprehensive data masking solutions utilizing static, dynamic, and on-the-fly masking techniques • Map data elements to appropriate masking algorithms to ensure data security without compromising utility • Validate and fine-tune masking rules based on specific datasets and application requirements • Create and maintain detailed, clear documentation of all masking rules and processes • Collaborate closely with QA, development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of masked data into testing environments Requirements: • 5+ years of experience analyzing source systems to identify sensitive fields and implementing data masking solutions • Solid knowledge of Delphix masking software (highly preferred) or similar enterprise masking tools • Strong proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) • Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level), allowing for seamless collaboration in an international environment Nice to have: • Hands-on experience with data masking on Snowflake • Active participation in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within enterprise IT environments • Experience in automating monitoring, maintenance, and reporting tasks • Proficiency in CI/CD configuration and troubleshooting • Strong fundamentals in containerization and virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of a dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
