ServiceNow Platform Data Lead | Permanent | Poland (Hybrid) Smart Topaz is partnering with a global organization operating in a complex, international IT environment. The company is currently strengthening how infrastructure and service data is structured, governed, and used across its ServiceNow platform to support better operational visibility and decision-making.We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Data Lead who will take ownership of how infrastructure and service data is managed within ServiceNow and help turn that data into useful insights for technical and business stakeholders. The role • Taking responsibility for the structure, quality, and consistency of infrastructure and service data within the ServiceNow platform • Monitoring and improving data quality across CMDB and related ServiceNow modules • Establishing and promoting standards for how technical assets and services are modeled and maintained in the platform • Building dashboards and reports that provide visibility into infrastructure, services, and operational trends • Supporting teams in understanding and using ServiceNow data effectively • Assessing how new initiatives or changes impact the data model and ensuring it remains consistent • Working with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to maintain a reliable view of the IT landscape • Supporting platform evolution while safeguarding data integrity during system changes or expansions • Acting as the go-to person for topics related to ServiceNow data and configuration structures What we’re looking for • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in areas related to CMDB or infrastructure management modules • Understanding of how IT infrastructure and services are structured across enterprise environments • Experience working with data governance, configuration management or platform data quality • Ability to analyze operational data and present meaningful insights through dashboards or reports • Understanding of IT service management practices and infrastructure environments • Experience working with stakeholders across technical and business teams • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate operational needs into structured platform solutions • Fluent English Nice to have • Experience working with ServiceNow ITOM capabilities such as discovery or service mapping • Exposure to enterprise architecture or infrastructure inventory tools • Experience working in large, international IT organizations Practical details • Contract type: Permanent • Engagement: Full-time • Work model: Hybrid within Poland • Start date: Flexible Reach out if you’d like to learn more.
