Solution Architect

Tasks:    • Leading delivery of Data Integration and Analytics solutions for our customers provided within major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) • Preparing a complete solution design • Taking ownership of critical technology decisions, providing clear architectural direction, and balancing business needs, technical feasibility, long-term sustainability, and delivery constraints • Providing continuous architectural and technical design support to the application development team-Leading application development at all lifecycle stages – POC, MVP, full-scale PROD solutions • Defining mid- and long-term application development and evolution strategy, aligned with business priorities, scalability needs, and technology direction • Proactively identifying and proposing solutions to mitigate project risks-Directly facing our customers for ongoing project and presales matters-Cooperating with internal and client teams in international setup • Defining development standards, architectural guidelines, and reusable frameworks • Driving technology innovation, continuously improving technical knowledge, staying up-to-date with latest trends • Participating in projects staffing and planning (as a consulting Architect)-Supporting pre-sales initiatives from a technological standpoint • Promoting effective use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) in architecture and delivery work, in line with quality, security, and compliance standards • Contributing to internal technology communities by sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and supporting capability growth across teams What We're Looking For:   • At least 10 years of overall experience in IT commercial projects, including at least 4 years in the role of a Solution Architect • Expertise in at least one of following cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Data Engineering cloud resources • Expertise in Data Integration/Engineering and Analytics concepts, including knowledge of current design and technological trends • Understanding of Business Intelligence and reporting solutions, including semantic/data modeling, dashboard design, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau • Experience designing solution architectures that incorporate Machine Learning and Generative AI capabilities, including the selection of appropriate cloud services, hosting models, infrastructure components, and integration patterns • Software development foundation, with a focus on applying established design patterns and architectural principles to build robust, scalable, and maintainable applications • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and infrastructure provisioning approaches, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools such as Terraform • Experience in customer-facing roles, including gathering requirements, presenting solution concepts, supporting presales activities, and collaborating effectively with international teams • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively across multiple workstreams and stakeholders • Leadership and team player mindset • Higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)    What Will Set You Apart:   • Relevant technical certifications across cloud, data, or architecture domains • Proven experience in designing innovative, business-oriented solutions leveraging AI capabilities • Experience in project leadership, team management, or coordination of delivery teams We offer:   • Stable employment. On the market since 2008, 1500+ talents currently on board in 7 global sites. • “Office as an option” model. You can choose to work remotely or in the office.   • Workation.
