Solution Architect (Data / AI / Azure)

Our Client is a mature technology organization delivering data-driven projects for international clients across various industries.You will join a team of architects supporting key initiatives in Data, Analytics, and AI, with a strong focus on Azure cloud–based solutions. We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who combines a strong data background, a hands-on architectural approach, and confidence in client-facing discussions — including presales activities. 📍 WORK MODE: 100% remote 🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Leading end-to-end delivery of Data Integration, Analytics, and AI solutions in Azure — from concept to production • Designing complete solution architectures, making key technology decisions, and taking responsibility for their long-term impact • Supporting development teams throughout the full application lifecycle: POC, MVP, and full PROD deployments • Defining standards, frameworks, and strategies for the development and scaling of data/AI solutions • Working directly with clients during project delivery and presales activities • Actively participating in innovation initiatives, tech communities, and the development of AI competencies within the organization 🔍 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 4 years as a Solution Architect • Very good knowledge of Azure cloud (data, analytics, AI/ML services) — a key requirement for this role • Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Analytics • Experience designing solutions using Machine Learning and GenAI (Generative AI) • Practical knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, e.g. Power BI • Experience working directly with clients, including presales and situations requiring strong business maturity • Very good command of English (C1) — international environment Nice to have: • Knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform / IaC (Infrastructure as Code) • Technology certifications (especially Azure) • Experience in project or team management 🤝 WHY JOIN? • 100% remote work and real autonomy in how you operate • Participation in strategic Data & AI projects, one of the organization’s key growth areas • Stability and scale — on the market since 2008, 1500+ experts across 7 global locations • Comprehensive online onboarding with a dedicated Buddy from day one • Broad development opportunities: Udemy, certification programs, tech communities, internal AI initiatives • A culture of partnership, trust, and real influence on the technological direction of projects Employment Agency Registration Number (KRAZ): 33580
