Splunk Specialist with German

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible Work Model: 100% remote  Contract Type: B2B (220-250 PLN/h + VAT) We are looking for an experienced Splunk professional to support enterprise-level monitoring, security, and compliance initiatives in complex IT environments. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and operating Splunk-based solutions that enable reliable monitoring, advanced analytics, and service-level visibility across large network infrastructures. You will work closely with technical teams to implement best practices, optimize observability, and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements.Expectations • Fluency in German, with strong communication skills in professional and technical contexts. • Minimum 4-5+ years of hands-on experience working with Splunk Enterprise in configuration, operations, troubleshooting, and integration. • Proven experience monitoring complex network infrastructures with Splunk, including multi-tenant dashboards and performance analysis. • Deep practical knowledge of Splunk ITSI, service monitoring, automated alerting, and reporting processes. • Experience working in 2nd and 3rd level support roles and in Agile/Scrum environments. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of security, compliance, and automated monitoring requirements within complex Splunk environments. • Design, configure, and operate Splunk Enterprise solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Develop and maintain service-based monitoring using Splunk ITSI, including KPIs, services, alerts, and dashboards. • Support 2nd and 3rd level operations by analyzing network and system data to resolve incidents and improve stability. • Collaborate with stakeholders in agile teams, contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
