Opis stanowiska
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert with in-depth knowledge of IFRS 18 to join an international financial services project and support the audit team in activities related to the implementation of the new regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will provide expert guidance throughout the audit process, contribute to the assessment of the IFRS 18 implementation, and share practical expertise on the interpretation and application of the standard.
Your responsibilities
• Support the audit team in activities related to the implementation of IFRS 18.
• Lead or support walkthroughs and operational effectiveness testing.
• Assess compliance of implemented solutions with IFRS 18 requirements.
• Identify key judgment areas and provide recommendations on appropriate solutions.
• Share practical knowledge of market practices and the interpretation of the IFRS 18 standard.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of IFRS 18 requirements.
Our requirements
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in data analysis supporting audit processes.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS 18 and hands-on experience in its implementation and/or audit.
• Ability to interpret IFRS 18 requirements and assess key judgment areas.
• Experience in conducting or supporting walkthroughs and operational effectiveness testing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to different stakeholder groups.
