- Provide L3 support on Data and AI Foundations components. - Perform deep technical analysis and root cause investigations. - Design and implement corrective fixes on foundations components. - Improve robustness, performance, and reliability of shared components. - Support L1 teams during complex incident resolution. - Document technical issues, fixes, and preventive actions. - Contribute to the stabilization and continuous improvement of the RUN.
