Sustainability Data Analyst (f/m/x)

Nasze wymagania: Experience in data analysis, reporting, or sustainability data management. Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a structured way. Experience with data validation, quality checks, and process governance. Strong Excel and Power BI skills. Experience with sustainability or ERP/reporting tools such as Sweep, Emidat, Odiseo, or SAP is an advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. Mile widziane: Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, carbon accounting, Scope 3 emissions, LCA, EPD, CSRD, EPBD, or CPR. Experience working with large datasets across multiple locations or regions. Zakres obowiązków: Ensure complete, accurate, and timely collection of sustainability data from plants, suppliers, and business functions for both corporate and product environmental reporting. Track missing inputs and proactively follow up with data owners to close reporting gaps. Maintain clear and structured “requested / received / missing” tracking logs for all submissions. Manage data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to prepare data for reporting purposes at both company and product level. Maintain structured documentation of data sources, assumptions, methodologies, and controls to ensure full traceability of sustainability figures. Update product environmental footprint data in the LCA/EPD system (Emidat) using standardized templates. Upload, consolidate, and validate corporate sustainability data — including Scope 3 emissions — in the reporting platform (Sweep). Create and maintain KPI dashboards in Power BI with transparent tracking of activities and reporting progress. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data collection simplification, process optimization, and system enhancements. Contribute to building a strong governance and control environment for sustainability reporting.
