Your responsibilities: • Gathering, analysing, and documenting functional and non-functional system requirements • Designing and documenting integration solutions between systems (REST, SOAP, microservices) • Creating and maintaining technical documentation - UML diagrams, BPMN process models • Coordinating work between dependent development teams within a project • Translating business needs into clear, structured system specifications • Participating in code reviews and solution design sessions with architects Must-have requirements: • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst in IT projects • Strong integration knowledge: SOA, Web Services, REST APIs - with practical experience using SOAP UI and/or Postman • Experience designing microservice-based solutions and documenting REST services  • Very good knowledge of UML and BPMN notation in practice • Hands-on experience with at least one CASE tool (Enterprise Architect) • Good knowledge of SQL • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence • Strong planning and organisational skills: task prioritisation, ownership, delivery focus • Good English and Polish - both written and spoken Nice to have: • Experience in finance, banking, or telecom • Experience in AI / LLM domain, including understanding of use cases such as chatbots, document processing • Technical education What we offer: • Training and certification funding with learning opportunities during work hours; • Private medical care through Medicover; • Multisport benefits; • Language classes (English); • Flexible working hours; • Team meetings and integration events; • Referral bonus for recommending new employees.
