System Analyst

Work model: elastic hybrid from Warsaw (2-3 days per week from the office)  Why choose this offer? • You can expect a flexible work organization • The international work environment will give you the opportunity to interact with the English language on a daily basis • Scandinavian organizational culture will provide you with work-life balance, you will gain time for additional training (financed by Jit) • The Jit community will bring you a nice time during regular integration meetings   Project You will be involved in a financial project focused on designing and integrating data‑driven solutions for banking and credit products, ensuring robust API architecture, high‑quality data flows, and effective analytical reporting.   Responsibilities you'll have • Analyze and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations • Design high-level and low-level system architecture documentation (HLD/LLD) • Develop and maintain scalable and maintainable REST APIs, ensuring adherence to best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data integration and ETL processes • Create and maintain logical and physical data models, ensuring consistency and scalability • Ensure compliance with data governance standards, including data quality, lineage, and regulatory requirements • Translate business processes into technical solutions using BPMN and UML methodologies • Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps environments • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding • Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions and ensure solutions align with strategic direction • Participate in code and design reviews, maintaining high-quality technical documentation • Support version control and collaboration processes using tools such as GitHub   Expected competences and knowledge • Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or System Architect • Strong hands-on experience with REST API design and integration • Proficiency in data modelling, including entity relationships and database design principles • Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality, and compliance requirements • Experience in ETL development and data integration processes • Practical knowledge of Power BI report and dashboard development • Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML for process and system modelling • Experience working within SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps) • Familiarity with Gherkin for requirement specification and test scenarios • Proficiency in version control systems, particularly GitHub • Experience working with banking data and credit products • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships • Ability to create clear, structured, and high-quality technical documentation • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles • Experience in working with cross-functional, distributed teams   Technologies you'll work with • REST API • ETL • Power BI • BPMN  • UML  • GitHub
