Location: Warszawa, ul. Marynarska 12 Type of contract: Direct B2B Type of cooperation: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office) Recruitment online! We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join our Data Enablement team and support a large, strategic program focused on migrating data products from the existing Oracle / Hadoop platform to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).   We are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of data warehouses, can analyze data flows and data models, and is comfortable working closely with development teams to successfully migrate solutions into a modern cloud environment. What tasks await you? • Analyze existing data products in Oracle and Hadoop environments, including data structures, ETL logic, and dependencies. • Document data flows and recommend appropriate migration approaches to GCP. • Collaborate closely with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders. • Create functional and technical specifications for new GCP-based solutions. • Support the design, implementation, and testing phases following migration. • Contribute to defining best practices for data migration. • Monitor data quality and support issue investigation and resolution. What skills will be appreciated? • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a related role. • Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and Hadoop environments. • Ability to read and analyze complex SQL queries and ETL logic. • Experience in migration projects or data warehouse modernization is a strong advantage. • Familiarity with the GCP ecosystem, including BigQuery, Pub/Sub and Cloud Composer. • Ability to perform end‑to‑end analysis. • Self‑driven, proactive approach to problem-solving. • Confidence in working with technical documentation. • Strong collaboration skills in interdisciplinary teams.
