Industry: banking Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from office in Warsaw, Gdynia, Gdańsk or Łódź Rate: 140 pln/h on b2b Summary: The role of the Systems Integrations Specialist focuses on bridging technical and business processes within the organization. The primary objective is to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and ensure quality adherence in API design and data governance. Main Responsibilities: • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements. • Analyze existing documentation and identify gaps and opportunities. • Create and maintain technical documentation including requirement specifications and system designs. • Design REST APIs and create data models aligned with business requirements. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to validate requirements and designs. • Ensure compliance with internal standards and conduct quality checks. Key Requirements: • Comprehensive understanding of REST API principles and design patterns. • Proficiency in creating logical and physical data models. • Strong skills in eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements. • Expertise in BPMN for process mapping. • Proficiency in UML for system design. • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies. Nice to Have: • Knowledge of Gherkin for writing testable acceptance criteria. • Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub. • SQL knowledge.
